I am very disapointed with y'alls service. I had my HVAC ystem replaces on tuesday. My house is not cooling off. I keep getting the run around about when y'all will come out to fix my A.C. Someone was supposes to come out yesterday morning. I took off work to be there and no one showed up until 7:30 pm. My A.C. is still not blowing cold and now my family is having to leave my house because it is too hot. My 6 month old baby is sweating inside the house and keeps spitting up because of the heat. I now can not get a hold of anyone after many attempts. I am very disapointed with this service. My A.C. has been running sice Tuesday. Well its been over a year since Royal Air has replaced my HVAC system. I am very unhappy with this company. $10,000 later and I have A.C. that does not stop running and does not cool my house off. I set my thermostat for 70 during the day and 69 at night. During the day my A.C. does not shut off. My thermostat will show the temp inside at 74 and my A.C. is unable to cool it to the desired temp of 70 when it is 90° outside. I have had water damage at my furnace that Royal Air has had to replace. Now my A.C. vents are dripping water and there is water damage around my vents. They have come out to repair my system multiple times. They have replaced parts multiple times and we are now on the second time replacing the TXV valve. It has been a real pain dealing with Royal Air and they treat me like I'm the problem and there is nothing wrong with my A.C even after they keep having to replace parts. Royal Air sent a technician to my house yesterday and said they would send someone over to repair the new malfunctioning parts I have. Royal Air has not given me a call to set up an appointment for the repairs. I strongly urge everyone to go with a different company. They will not own up to their bad installs. I am being blamed for the issues I have had with my new HVAC system not working and am being told by Royal Air I need to reinsulate my attack for my A.C. to work right. Going on two years now and our problems are still going strong. Another employee of Royal air came to my house and said we had a terrible install and the only way to get our AC working properly is to reinstall everything. It's been 5 days since they have been here and still can't get anyone to tell me what the next plan is. I have 3 children in my house and I'm tired of having to leave because of these problems we continue to have with the terrible install job Royal air did. No permit was pulled before the install and there are many things not to code. I have hit the point now that my only option is to report y'all to TDLR and will be getting an attorney.

Houston Air Comfort (also doing business as Royal Air) fell through my roof months ago from the 2nd story, damaged our furniture on the first floor and the items on the furniture. Houston Air Comfort (also doing business as Royal Air) left the entire insulation from the 2nd floor down to the 1st floor, left all the broken glass for me to clean up including the sheetrock hanging from the ceiling and what had fallen on the floor and on the furniture! They stained my carpet with some black stain all on the 2nd floor down my stairs. They broke a piece of my stairwell. Left Sheetrock on the floor. Just unreal! In addition, NO ONE had called us to apologize from the office and still has not to this day (months later)! I had gathered receipts from my broken belongings and sent to accounting and went back and forth for weeks – Of course no payment is being compensated because I was told it was my fault for not providing a safe environment for them to work in. I have been emailing the accounting department because Leslie is the only one that will respond about getting reimbursed over months now. I finally received a message from a Gloria Garcia after a few months of going back forth requesting my out of pocket expenses: See her response below Gloria Garcia Tue, Nov 5, 4:11 PM (11 days ago) to me, Leslie Again, per your contract with First American, as a home owner, you are responsible for providing a safe work environment for technicians for any work provided in your home.The negligence on your part caused long term injury to our technician. She really stated that my home was an unsafe working environment and this is my fault! Unbelievable! We are currently suing this company and have contacted Channel 2 News to do a news story! PLEASE NOTE: According to reviews, Houston Air Comfort (also doing business as Royal Air) in the LAST 2 MONTHS, has FALLEN THROUGH 7 CEILINGS! Has been sued by ex-employees for NOT paying them time worked and the company has a record of being sued by multiple parties. If you want to join in on the class action lawsuit, please contact me right away.
