Comm-Scapes

Well I've been working for Comm-Scapes on several snow removal sites over the past couple of months. I have yet to be paid for the last 2 months worth of work. The owner neglects my calls and texts in attempt to contact him for my pay as well as another person too! I haven't heard a single spoken word from him in response to numerous attempts to settle up! I would be weary of doing business with someone this unbusinesslike! The man still had some of my tools that were loaned in good faith and fails to return those as well!
