Patrick Franche built our tile shower and cut the pan liner in the corner and didn't install it correctly around the drain, so it started leaking on day 1, and he refused to take responsibiltyi! By the time we found out what was causing the floor to sink and the tile to crack and the stains on the ceiling below, it was too late to save the shower. It cost our insurance company and us $13,000 to shore up the floor and rebuild the shower. We asked him to give us the deductible back because it was his stupidity that caused the problem, and he refused. He would rather pay $1000 to a lawyer than to us. BEWARE! He is a con-artist! He does not know what he is doing!!!!
