I’m actually writing on behalf of my mother who is 78 and living in Rock Hill. Garage Doors & More installed a garage screen (Lifestyle Screen) with a door in August of 2018. It was over $2,000. It was installed incorrectly from the beginning. They used the wrong weather stripping, the door handle wouldn’t work, etc. They promised to come back and fix her issues. That was 11 months ago. We have called repeatedly. My mom has called, the gentleman who runs her estate has called and I have called only to be told someone would return our calls. I even called yesterday and the woman that answered the phone (I believe Candace) said she was familiar with my mom’s project and that she would have the manager call me immediately. Nothing. They are taking advantage of a senior. They took her hard earned money and have refused to honor their warranty. She’s asked that they take it down and refund her if they’re not going to fix it and they just ignore her. It’s disgraceful. I wouldn’t normally do a public review but we’ve tried everything. It’s at a point where we’re considering legal intervention and contacting the local news. This is absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend a company that would take advantage of someone like this. All she was asking for was someone to come back out and honor their promise to fix the issues that have been there since installation. They even duct-taped it shut when they were here. The right thing to do would be to return our calls and come correct the problems they created or refund her.

I called this company due to damage to one of my garage doors springs. They were relatively new and turns out the company that installed them when the house was built did not put strong enough springs to support the wood doors we had. This company took care of it and ensured that the right springs were placed this time. I am glad we called them and the tech, Jamie, recognized the problem. I would say call them if you have any service needs as their pricing is transparent and they were able to get to my house the next day I called. Thanks!

I had a very badly damaged door and decided to replace the whole setup due to the age of the door. After researching I knew I wanted a local company and not some place with subcontractors. I was able to schedule over the phone and they sent Nick out to go over their special and options for the door. I ended up picking a coplay door in almond and added Windows and fixtures. It looks very classy and am very happy with the whole process as well as the price.

Needed springs replaced on both of my garage doors as one broke and the rest were on their way out. I was able to schedule online and was followed up the next day to discuss my appointment. The serviceman Jamie came on time and went over what needed to be replaced and the exact cost. Since I have Heavy doors I had to upgrade to better springs. The job was completed without any problems and my doors now smoothly open and close. Happy with the quality of the work and it was a fair price. A+ service thanks!
