If I could I would give ZERO stars. Saying their service was terrible wouldn't even begin to describe how horrible it has been to work with them. Please avoid! It is difficult enough to have a damaged appliance to then struggle with the company in charge of fixing it.

Second time they failed to show up for a warranty repair with a refrigerator from Lowes with an extended warranty. They denial the service request the day before the appointment and never called to inform us. Wife waited for no reason. No call from Lowes either. Worst experience I've ever had, BBB here I come.
