Do not use this guy! He is a liar and does not know what he is doing. He is not reliable. He took the service charge and never came back to do the work on my refrigerator. I do not think highly of any home warranty company that would do business with him. Obviously the home warranty company did not check his credentials, he has none!!

I was contacted by this guy after making a request on thumbtack and he made an appointment to install my washer at 11:30 am the next day. He then confirmed that time via text. At 11:45 the next day, I reached out to this guy only to be told then that it would be closer to 1:30pm cause he’s running behind. At no time did he contact me to advise that he was running late and only found out after reaching out to him. At about 2pm I reached out to this guy several times until about 5:00pm via text and calls with zero response. Do not use this company. The absolute worst experience I’ve had…period.

If Select Home Warranty have people or companies like Ken's Appliances, I'm going to purchase someone else. He's not professional (talking about you single pretty lady, where's your man, if you had a man here, he would have taken care of this for you and I've never been married, you cooking dinner, not for you), lies (which I cannot stand), not reliable, says he's coming several times never showed and half answer calls. Talked me into taking care of 2 items instead of just my AC (which I deeply regret) on 7/27/2021 which I'm still waiting for my repairs to be completed as of 8/28/2021. He said he was coming multiple times, never showed even called me on the last day he was supposed to come and didn't know who he had called, saying I believe both your parts are in and when I told him who I was and he was supposed to come later that day he was confused. If I can not give any stars, that's what he'll receive because that's not the way to do business.

You would think purchasing a home warranty would give you security, right? Not the case with Select Home Warranty. I submitted a claim to have my HVAC system checked. I received a call from Kenneth Hicks with Ken's Appliance. Worst mistake was taking this call and scheduling an appointment. This guy is the epitome me of "unethical" Ken came out to take a look at my HVAC system and I was told I would require a new unit. He told me the fan had broken, cut the coils and oil was all in the unit. I decided to get a second of opinion. Well I guess you can pretty much figure how this story will end. It turns out nothing was wrong with the unit. It was a circuit breaker that powers the HVAC system that required replacing. As soon as the breaker was replaced and I turned on the A/C unit it purred like new. Individuals who prey on people are the scum of the earth. You reap what you sow. The next consumer may not be as forgiving.
