Open up ceilings from 8' living room to 18' ceilings with new windows. Changed staircase to open to living room instead of back side of living room. Added shower and completely rearranged bathroom downstairs. Turned in to three bedroom, two bathroom from two bedroom 1.5 bathroom, upstairs master bathroom was reconfigured and expanded. All new plumbing, electrical, insulation, roofing, drywall, fixtures, cabinets, appliances, siding, flooring, hvac system.
