We uphold high quality standards to ensure all quality details are always incorporated. We use 2x4 rails not 2x3 rails, making our gates and fences stronger so that they last longer. We premix the cement in our wheelbarrow – It is not mixed in the post hole. The quality of the wood we use is #1 quality. We use the maximum amount of nails. We use the highest quality aluminum nails for the pickets. These nails will not leave streaks down the fence as it ages. We use ring shank and screw shank nails for maximum hold…Less likely to back out. We use .095 gauge medium/heavy duty metal posts for strength and durability. (Other companies might use a thinner .065 or .080 gauge post.) Our gates have 3 high quality hinges and 4 posts per gate. Distance between posts is 6’ apart, rather than 8’ feet apart on 7’ & 8’ tall fences. Board on board fences are overlapped 1” on each side, to ensure you do not see through 20-30% of the picket. If stained, sealant is applied prior to construction ensuring all surfaces are coated. (Medium brown color) Automatic Slide Gates: 1) Slide gate opener is installed & warranted by a professional gate company. (American Gates & Iron) 2) Slide gate is built out of a large 3” square frame – rather than a 2” or 2 1/2” frame. 3) All metal is galvanized including gate frame, post, track, roller arm support, wheel boxes, gate catch, etc. This eliminates the need for regular repainting of these components.
