The owner, Raymond Covert, is a narcissistic bully. Unless you want to be demeaned, insulted and threatened when you don’t do exactly as he says, I’d suggest you take your business elsewhere. Not to mention his employees, friends and family that are sent to harass you. Horrible business practices and unethical behavior.
