We have hired Case for several projects: Cut in & install 5' laminate countertop on island, tile & grout window sill & fix tile on backsplash that previous contractor had butchered, build & install a barn door (which is beautiful), install dishwasher in cabinet. Cabinet needed to be fixed to handle the size of the new dishwasher. Great work on all projects done for us, very meticulous. Case is a professional and his prices are very fair. We highly recommend Case and will hire him again as projects come up.

We were really excited when we originally signed up for Mr. McFarland's services. He came highly recommended from neighbors and family members. However, it is now almost February, and a job he started in August is still incomplete and he does not return our phone calls or text messages. We paid him a $700 draw, and he never completed the work. The work he did do was messy. The tile in our shower is crooked, and he grouted over old caulk instead of replacing. Grout is smeared all inside our shower and on the tile. Our faucets are also installed incorrectly so that when we turn on the water, the hot is cold and the cold is hot. Do not use this man. He will take your money, give you a sob story and then never call you back. We are now having to pay someone else to come in and fix the work, and he offered no money back, and he will not return our calls.

Great work, fast/efficient and reasonable rates. Completed several projects including tuck pointing, masonry, painting, and installing motorized shades in 18-foot-high windows. Mr. McFarland is professional, friendly and highly talented. Highly recommend!

Showed up on time, fixed my dishwasher without a problem. Good job.
