Maid Rock does not give monetary refunds, we would prefer to fix the issue in question, and use it as a training opportunity for the maids. In the unlikely event that we have damaged or broken an item, we would be more than happy to repair or replace the item at no additional charge. Maid Rock will not be held liable for repair or replacement of items broken or damaged due to pre-existing wear and tear, incorrect installation, assembly or usage. While we do attempt to put our best foot forward with each home cleaning, miscommunication happens and sometimes mistakes as well. We do not expect you to settle with any mistakes, as your 200% satisfaction is our goal.
