Giving a negative review was NOT what I was expecting to do for Cameron Stotts or this company. I read the reviews, had him come out to the house 3 times to discuss the project and was pleased with how things were progressing. Cameron was on top of it, very responsive until the job was almost finished. He has yet to finish the work, was unresponsive to my calls and texts asking for status of the completion. The lack of planning for my project was very disappointing. It was haphazard and chaotic. I do not have 80% of the type plants Cameron promised for my yard. Cameron disappeared without saying anything to me. All of the instructions I shared with Cameron were not passed down to the other two guys working on the project. I paid for quality garden soil, only to be left with rocky topsoil in my flower beds. Look at the pictures I have attached. It’s been over a month that I have been trying to get Cameron out to finish the project. Many broken promises and no-shows on his part. I have pictures of the text messages between Cameron and myself. It is evident that he dropped the ball and does not intend to finish the work I paid for. While he has great reviews online – be very cautious and very detailed with Cameron on your expectations and make sure he stays ON SITE until the job is done.

We wanted to get an early start on lighting to avoid the last minute rush. Cameron was very professional and courteous. Within a week he scheduled and completed both my home and my dads. Looking forward to future projects.

I had a great experience with Act Now. We hired them to do our Christmas lights and some lawn maintenance and were impressed with their work! Friendly and trustworthy guys
