BLUEBONNET Contracting & Restoration is a full service General Contractor which enables us to meet any construction need you or your clients may encounter. Our Services include: Handicap Conversions, Additions, Renovations, Baths, Kitchens, Insulation and Radiant Barrier Installation, and Water and Fire Restoration. Our construction staff stays current with changing construction technologies. We pride ourselves in delivering more than expected. Proper preparation is critical to the proper installation of any new improvements. Before any estimate is given we do a room by room and floor to ceiling inspection to insure we know what is needed for every step in the improvement process. We prepare for every item for the protection needed to the last inspection between us and the Homeowner. Identifying structural deficiencies, identifying the correct areas to spend dollars that gain the greatest return, and the computerized price guide that we have complied which includes material and labor costs; allows our management team to prevent eleventh hour surprises. These tools enhance our ability to objectively analyze the feasibility of a project. OUR PLEDGE TO YOU (1) We supply a completely itemized estimate, not just the bottom line. (2) We thoroughly cover and protect all furniture & rooms with a dust barrier and protect flooring surfaces with the proper protective covering. (3) We thoroughly discuss all phases of the remodeling process up front to minimize any possible concern and familiarize the Homeowner with the construction process. (4) We will always attempt to be on time or meet any scheduled events. (5) Any items in the job scope not performed will be credited back to Homeowner. (6) We stress job cleanliness with all our subcontractors and the job site will be cleaned daily. (7) We will provide a time schedule; that we pledge to keep barring any job changes. (8) We will clearly define all job task items before work commences to arrive at an agreed price to prevent any pleasant surprises when the project begins and completes.
