Ricky Rubio Restoration

Ricky Rubio - Owner of R2 Restoration....Just a heads up about this guy. We paid him $4,200.00 on March 28th as a down payment to build an arbor at our home in Parker. He never delivered goods or services. He won't answer our phone calls, text messages or emails. He stole our money! Please BEWARE of this guy!! He is a fraud!

Comment from the Business: Again MRS brown how am I a scam when as a favor I ate your 17,000 deductible when by law you are suppose to pay that . And if that wasn't enough you kept 4800 of my final payment and wanted me to go back to insurance and recover it another way . Yes that 4800 was part of labor and yes installers have the right to file a lien . I'm far from a scam. I give a lot more then I take in this business and attacking my character because I saved you 17k taking money out of my pocket and becsuse your husband and I grew up together then just decided that 4800 was talks to keep also that's that's almost 22k .

This company doesn't even deserve one star, what a joke. Not only did our roof job not start or end on time, we also experienced leaks after the first rain with no repair and Ricky Rubio didn't pay the sub contractors for their hard work. They are now filling a lien on our home even though we payed every dime owed and quoted to us by Ricky. They are a scam and know they are not held responsible due to the laws that protect crooks such as them. We even had our insurance come out again to re measure to see if we left money out there to help pay the $10,000 we already paid out. No luck and now not only are we screwed but so are the workers that worked for this awful company. What a joke of a man, a business owner and someone that grew up with my husband. May terrible karma find and follow you. We are now out an additional $10,000.

I contracted Ricky Rubio of R2-Restoration to complete my deck, outdoor kitchen, and guest house in August 2015. I made the crucial mistake of paying 2/3 of the contract up front based on his expected needs for material to complete the deck in October. There was weather issues that have prolonged the project, but those issues are no longer a factor. As of today 12-13-15 R2 Restoration has not completed one part of the project. They have worked maybe a total of 5 days at my home and purchased a couple thousand in material. What they have completed has been deemed unsafe by other contractors I have had out to begin to finish my project. Ricky Rubio verbally told me on the phone that he spent my money funding other projects. He has stolen a large amount of money from me and is not returning calls to settle or finish the project. This is by far the most unethical person and company I have ever seen in construction. I highly recommend not doing business with Ricky Rubio at any level.
