Better Windows & Doors

Patrick has changed this companies name to DFW windows, doors, & siding. Do Not Use HIM!!! He is a thief and scam artist!! We paid him 50% to install and replace 2 windows and he ran with out money and will not respond to any attempt. Google both company names and you will find over 40 people he has scammed!

SCAM - 8 weeks ago, Patrick Hebert gave us an estimate and took a 50% deposit. He is now MIA and as of today (10/10/2017) has actually taken his website down (http://www.betterwindowsonline.com/). I can only assume that is because his scam is getting exposed. We have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and plan to file a police report since this is a criminal act and, based on the amount he stole from us, a felony. I am happy to provide additional details to other complainants if you contact me via email - leighanngump@yahoo.com. Please if you have been scammed do not hesitate to take action against him...don't let him keep your hard earned $ and continue to steal from others. Our immediate goal is to get our money back with the larger goal of stopping him from scamming others!

Patrick seemed energetic and genuine. He got back to me promptly when asking for a quote, came out gave me an estimate and I gave him 50% to get started. He said he real appreciated veterans, after finding out that I was military, again very friendly. That was in April 2017, he kept pushing the install date back for one reason or another; at the end of May and beginning of June He called and said "we have your windows, and we'll come out in two weeks to install". That time came and past, so I called him to see what the deal was but no answer and no call back; that was June. Now August, Patrick has not called me back since then and will not return the many calls and voicemails I gave him. I'm going to bring my info to BBB and my attorney, to see what I should do from here. He took money and now he hasn't contacted since the beginning of June. Don't trust him.

DO NOT TRUST PATRICK! We Gave him 50% down payment for windows that were supposed to be installed 5-6 weeks ago. It's clear from other reviews he has been scamming people out of their money. I have made huge efforts to try to settle with him and no luck. I will be working with an investigator to recover funds and prove fraud (based on the number of times he seems to have done this). I will attempt to contact each person that was also scammed in hopes to gather evidence and make sure he doesn't do this to anyone else.
