BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This man abandoned the home rennovation project after taking the money for the services. He stole the money and did not reimburse for the work he did not complete. He left the home with an active leak in the bathroom. Destroyed cieling to the home and much morw. He also left the yard and home a complete wreck. He stopped responding to correspodence. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Rafael did a great job. He made sure everything was done correctly and quality manner. I was very pleased with the interior crew as well as exterior. Very polity people and respectful. Our home was in serious need of foundation repairs and they navigated through all the solutions.

Gandarilla Construction went far and beyond to help me. They worked with our budget, quickly and efficient. The rot on our home was extensive throughout the crawlspace. They replaced beams, joists, and even reset several pillars. Other companies wanted 10s of thousands to start and had several hidden fees. Very happy we found Gandarilla Construction.

I am very pleased with Gandarilla Construction from their initial assessment to the final work. They were not the cheapest but for my budget they were the best price option. Very professional! We has two crews show up to complete the work ahead of schedule. All the workers worked very hard. They all worked as a team and answered all my questions. They showed me what they were doing and why it worked the best for my home. Their cleanup was great. I couldnt be more pleased.
