The owner of Fairfield County Construction Services Inc., Lynn Morse, has been building and developing homes since 1982. He began building single family homes in the Mid-West but then moved his business to Fairfield County. Over the last thirty years, he has worked to perfect the construction process in order to build the best home possible. New York University was so impressed with his methodology that they asked him to develop and teach a course in real estate development. Fairfield County Construction Services pride themselves on the commitment they make to each and every project. Our areas of experience range from award winning affordable housing, through 100-plus housing developments to high-end single family homes. We pride ourselves on building homes to the needs of our clients, whether that be small additions, new construction, or anything in between.
