Does great honest work but extremely hard to get ahold of. Gave me the most honest evaluation of what needed to be accomplished. Had 5 different companies look at my job. I was held in limbo for an extremely long time with no knowledge what was going on. Could not get ahold of them. Communication was awful. The work was great when they finally did it. Asked for a follow up letter and never got it. Which they could improve in this area. That's why I gave them two stars only for their communication.
