The owner of this flyby night operation is Tom. Let me tell you about Tom he came out and gave me a estimate for a fence the price was good so i asked Tom for a start date. He said 3-4 weeks so i agreed. After week 5 i called Tom no answer no call back week 6 i called Tom no answer no call back. Needless to say i started calling other contractors. Then one day i get a call from Tom saying he was sorry for not returning my calls and he was ready for the install i said fine come do it. The fence looked good and he showed up and did the job after about 2 months i noticed that i had 5 boards that cracked so i called Tom he finally returned my call after 3 voicemails and 2 weeks later he said he would be out that week to replace the bad boards needless to say Tom never showed up. So now i have been trying to get a hold of Tom for 5 months never returned any calls. Scott County Fence is not a good company never again.
