I'd give them zero stars if I could. Why? When you're operating a business, you contact someone if you need to cancel the services you plan to provide. My husband contacted them to help with our move and the person he spoke to appeared to be very nice and seemed to especially appreciate it when he told her to have a "blessed day." So on the day of the move no one called to say they couldn't make it, no one answered when we tried to call them, and there's been no follow up to messages that were left. I'm middle aged and my husband is 64..it was a miserably humid day with the two of us having to do the moving since no other movers were available at the last minute. We finished the deal 15 minutes before the close of our home, when we were required to be out. I would love to know why this moving company felt it was okay to no-show after presenting themselves as a high-quality company when we booked their services. As a business communications student and technical writer, I understand what bad publicity can do, and I encourage all the people that read this to take their business to a more responsive and responsible company.
