Thanks to Sloan, we were extremely pleased with our project. Sloan guided us patiently from start to finish, gaining our trust long before he started the project. He completed the job within the cost and timeframe as promised. Sloan's work ethic and professionalism is exemplary as is the quality of his work!

Sloan & Dave did a fantastic job painting the interior of our first floor, walls in a stairwell and master bedroom. Super professional, neat, and excellent at communicating where they would be painting and when. They worked around my daughter's nap schedule- painting in other parts of the house away from her nursery while she slept. Very accommodating, and much appreciated. We would recommend Sloan to anyone in need of a painter.

Sloan was professional, efficient, and CLEAN. The interior painting performed in my home was done exceptionally well and the job was completed in the time frame and at the price we discussed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sloan to anyone looking for interior home painting, whether you're preparing to sell your home or if you're just looking for an update.

Sloan did an outstanding job repainting our great room, kitchen, dining room and 2-story foyer. Very courteous and timely with reasonable rates. Also great at installing beautiful wainscoting and dry wall repair. Another highlight is how well they clean up everyday during the project! He even had a solution for assisting us with our paint color decisions. Will use again - Highly recommend.

![]() ![]() | Drywall Repair (and a little painting) in Cornelius | Feb 2015 | Patched drywall for the homeowner where tape failure, corner bead failure, and settling had occurred. Primed and painted patched spots, as well as cut in and touched up the high parts in the stairwell (the homeowner had rolled it and cut in as far as they could reach without an extension ladder.) Work was done by the hour @ $40/hr, plus materials--drywall repair stuff, primer/ceiling paint, and plastic hung over the openings to keep dust from spreading throughout the house! | $420 | Cornelius, NC |
![]() ![]() | Two Story Living Room, Drywall Repair, and More! | Jan 2015 | The main thing I want to highlight from this job is the drywall repair and painting in the dining room. The previous homeowner had closed off the door opening shown in the pictures, and the new homeowners decided to open it back up themselves. In removing the chair rail and baseboard, they ripped off a good chunk of the sheet rock paper. I wish I had before pictures...it was gnarly, with the paper ripped jaggedly 1-4" on either side of where the trim used to be. That type of repair work is difficult to return to like-new condition, mostly because the remaining layer of paper likes to bubble during the repair process. This one was even trickier because most of the repair was getting repainted with semigloss oil! Anyway, as the closeup pictures show, it turned out great and the homeowner was thrilled with the repair. I did more drywall patching in other rooms, as well as prepared the newly installed trim for painting. Elsewhere, I painted one coat on the walls in two story living room, entry way, stairwell, pass-through rooms, laundry, pantry, two closets. Painted some crown molding. Also prepped remaining trim for painting in those areas, which for most of the areas included removing shoe molding before the floor got refinished (this is also why the floors look messy in the pictures...otherwise they'd have looked immaculate!) I have the cost as estimated since I actually was subbed out to do this by another contractor and do not exactly know the actual value of the job after his cut and the paint/materials, most of which he supplied. The $2400 reflects a reasonable figure for the actual cost. I was paid 1972.21 by the contractor. | $2k | Davidson, NC |
![]() ![]() | Living Room Repaint | Jan 2015 | This job certainly freshened up the room! Painted 1 Coat Ceilings, 2 Coats Walls, and 1 Coat trim. Took me the equivalent of two days but had to spread it over three due to needing to start the job about halfway through the day the first day. The homeowner had already done some patching, and he bought the paint from Sherwin Williams. | $565 | Huntersville, NC |
![]() ![]() | Master Bedroom Repaint | Feb 2014 | We repainted the master bedroom. Also touched up the two-story entryway to remedy the mistakes when the homeowner painted it. Paint supplied by homeowner. | $435 | Huntersville, NC |
