Scott Harrison now going by Beautiful & Affordable Stamp Concrete because they are scammers. Contracted with them December 10th 2020 to do my driveway, took a while to get the permit due to covid, it finally got finished in February and the driveway installed. 3 months after installation the lower driveway cracked and the paint started to chip off. I have been trying to contact them since May of 2021, and all i get is promises. Their contract states that they will repair any damages within the year and do to sloppy work nothing has been done. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Scott Harrison Enterprises Inc. aka Scott Gale. BEWARE!! DO NOT HIRE!!! Their General Contractor Edwin Melendez will offer low-balls quotes so he can get the job, but will never finish job and run off with your money. Edwin Melendez is the head General Contractor who will give you low-ball quotes so you can hire him. He will ask for a deposit to start the work. He does some of the work and then will ask you for additional money at a time saying that it’s for materials. Because he gave you a good deal, he will ask you to make the check out to his wife Sarah Almanzar to avoid paying taxes. Once he gets most of the total amount, then he disappears and won't answer his phone, or return your call. He quoted me $7400 to stamp the front driveway, create a small concrete patio and put a 6 by 8 fence. He asked for $1500 check as a deposit made out to Scott Harrison Enterprises. 4 months later he started the work. During the work, he called me on 2 separate occasions and asked for more money asking to make the checks out to his wife (Sarah Almanzar) because he lost his drivers license and couldn’t cash the checks to pay for material needed to finish the job. I paid him a total of $6700, including the $700 down payment for the fence. He did 70% of the job, but never came back. He totally disappeared. It's been 2 months and he won't answer my calls or return my calls. Then I found out that he never contacted the city for a fence permit. I guess he had no intentions to putting up the fence. I checked the company out via internet, after the fact, and saw the same complaints from other people. It seems that they do this to a lot of people, especially asking for checks made out to his wife (Sarah Almanzar) to avoid paying taxes to the IRS. The IRS should investigate them for tax fraud. They're a big rip off con artist and I would like my $700 refunded so I can hire someone else.
