Safe Bet Hidden Fence

We had them install the fence for us in June. I wanted to wait on writing a review to see how everything would go and I have to say the fence is everything we were hoping for. The installers were on time, actually called whe they were on the way. The installation was neat and very professional and they did a great job explaining everything. Our dog trained to the fence very quickly and is now safely contained on our property. Could not be any happier with the product and the company.

The installer, Mike, came on time. He walked the property with us to help determine where to put the system for optimal yard usage for the dogs. He was efficient on the installation and then took time to go over the system with us and to head us on our way to understanding how to train our dogs. We have about an acre of land and the whole process took under 3 hours from start to finish. The owner called us the next day to make sure that everything was okay and that we were satisfied. We would recommend Michigan Hidden Fence, Inc to anyone interested in getting an underground fence installed.

2nd UPDATE: Unethical bullying and threatening business practices from business owner, Randy. Even in his response he again attempts at slander. Please Randy let's review the conversation we had together today were I never once asked for a discount, never asked for a refund, neither of us raised our voices nor used foul language toward each other. I did tell you very calmly how we were disappointed that our system has not worked since June 1st our install date. (Not June 4th as you state in your review response. As if an install date of June 1 or June 4th makes a difference. Again this is your attempt to discredit my review) I am happy to provide proof of all of my claims in this review to anyone. Feel free to look me up and message me on Facebook. UPDATE: After writing my initial review the owner of Safebet Hidden Fence, Randy Badour attempted to bully me into removing my review. I received a personal attack directly from Mr. Badour. I am a realtor and have my own real estate business page on Facebook. Mr. Badour went onto my facebook business page and wrote a false review ( I have never worked with the Badour's nor anyone in their family in any real estate capacity) (this false review was saved). This is slander and his attempt to bully me. Then he called me. During the call Mr. Badour clearly admits to writing a false review about me because he was mad about my truthful review about our fence. He then threatened me further by saying, "We don't like to help people that leave bad reviews". We never asked for a refund, a discount, new service nor upgrades. We simply asked for a returned phone call. We paid for our fence ($1,000) and collars up front and received beyond unbelievable service from Safebet Hidden Fence. INITIAL REVIEW: EVERYtime you call you have to leave a voice message and they may or may not get back to you. We had our system installed on June 1st and it has never worked. Not because of training but because the collar has actually never functioned properly. I called and after a long game of phone tag was told that my collar was faulty and to call another number to have them send me a replacement. So then we placed a new order for collars. We paid but never received a shipping number or anything. Called them again, got voicemail. No return call back. Called again and again voicemail. Still waiting for a return call. Also in their packages it says it includes initial training. Don't be fooled there is no training. They literally hand you a piece of paper, tell you to read it and that's your training. We spent over $1000 on a system that has never worked for us and can't get ahold of company on the phone to correct it. I do not recommend.
