This contractor is less that 1 star rating; paid almost 5,000.00 dollars last Oct 2019 ( which was just one half of the quoted price ) to construct a retaining wall, over 8 months later we have only a ditch, a pile of gravel and a few block 's and the only reason we have this material is because we continue to solicit and threaten this contractor with cancelling their contract and filing a small clams suit with our lawyer, their highly UN-professional, UN-reliable, provide no status updates and have no apparent concern of fulling their customers promised construction projects being fulfilled, very big mistake taking advice from a friend on this company... Our experience is almost to the letter just the same as this persons experience on the utr hardscapes website: diane5453 Relationship Client Project Date March 2017 Project Price $1,000 - $9,999 I cannot give even 1 star for this company. We had to ask him to not come back. Our driveway was spalling. Cracking, chipping, because the original builder 17 yrs ago didn't do it right. Allen gave us an estimate to take the top layer off and resurface the driveway. Excuses- weather, rain, weather. Empty promises - said he would come by tomorrow, this week, when ever. Joke. When they did show, they would stay only an hour or two. Said they would finish- nope. We're left with a driveway with the top layer off and crumbling. We've had weeks where the weather has not been an issue. It's been 6 weeks waiting for a job to be completed that should have taken three days tops start to finish. Now what? Allen, we are so disappointed. We believed you. You promised to finish. Didn't happen. Feeling ripped off. Can't trust your word. No integrity to do what you said you would do. Now we have a bigger problem. We're done.

Please do not even consider hiring ALan. He lies, does terrible work and doesn’t correct it,

We hired Allen to do an inground pool and that was our first mistake. What we signed for on the contract was not what we got. Had to hire another pool company to finish the pool and correct is shoddy work. Had to call several times to get them out here to work. He's very friendly & you believe he is truthful, but he's not. He is a class A liar. Please do not use this company. The cross needs to come off his logo.

Job was to redo driveway and correct drainage problems. Driveway & wall look good, but still have drainage problem. Took almost 3 months to do a 2 (at the most) week job. Worked 1-2 days a week (clear days). Had to call several times to get them out here to work. Made a mistake of paying before work was done. Now after 8 months job is still not finished. He's very friendly & you believe he is truthful, but he's not. Has good feedback from other sites, but I have pictures of unfinished work that is causing walls to crack from water drainage. I would NOT recommend this company or don't pay them dime until all is finished.
