Had worked with Paul for several years & was pretty satisfied. This summer, however, he was unreliable with mowing so I had to make other arrangements. Did ask him (for the 3rd summer) to finally complete the power washing, & to repair the fence (for the 2nd summer). He just disappeared. Failed to respond with a yes or a no. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
