JFK Heating and Cooling, LLC

New heat pump and air handler unit was installed in July 2021. I am having issues with it freezing up and the fan not working on the outdoor unit now so I call a company out to diagnose and find out my warranty for 10 years covering parts was never registered so now I only have the 5 year warranty. So I call JFK and ask to speak to Jason Kirby the owner and Ember the receptionist proceeds to ask me what this is concerning so I proceed to tell her what happens and she immediately tells me they are not responsible for registering the equipment. In the middle of our conversation a man starts telling me they are not responsible for registering my equipment as he starts getting louder and louder and becoming more argumentative. I ask the man his name and he says Jason the owner. Jason continues getting louder and louder telling me it is not their responsibility to register the warranty nor tell me that I should register it to receive my 10 year warranty instead of 5. Nothing got accomplished except yelling at me, and poor customer service with this awful company and owner Jason Kirby. Go somewhere else.

I had been having difficulty with an outside faucet for years, along with an inside faucet that was leaking. It was finally time to get both repaired. On the recommendation of a friend I called JFK and was more than pleased with the results. Bobby and Matt were excellent representatives of the company, polite, hard workers, and caring about the quality of their work. I would not hesitate to call JFK again.

The owners of this company are rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend using them for any services.
