Sam and Son's Drain Cleaning Service

I looked and looked for a company that would not charge me an arm and a leg to help me, and I found it! I could not have asked for an easier transaction. Very friendly and professional.

The owner came out promptly to clean my 2 bathroom drains on 9/22/20.After a little while he said everything was good, I checked the tub with the shower running and it was still backing up with water!He told me that wasn’t a drain problem and that I needed”a trip waste lever,a spicket and a wax ring under the toilet”, I didn’t understand what the toilet had to do with anything but I agreed to have those things fixed by him as he said he could and would fix it.He told me to call him that Saturday and he would come back out to take care of it.I paid him $120.00 in cash and per the receipt and Sam if I wasn’t satisfied they would fix the problem as they warranted their work for 4 months. I called that Saturday and was told they would be out that evening,no one came!!The following Monday I called again and spoke to Sam,he told me he had forgotten,apologized and said he would be out that afternoon,again no show. I called several times and always got voicemail. I’m very disappointed in this company as the job was not completed water still backs up in the main bathtub.I eventually called someone else to do the same thing I paid Sam’s and Son’s and Grandson’s and this person did it right-no more water backup in the main bathroom!!!!I’ve paid twice for a job that should have been do right the first time,my advice-don’t use this company.
