Day after Thanksgiving 2018, stopped up sink. Call him and he forgets a water hose so uses ours. Attaches a thing on the end and literally just pushes the stoppage deeper into the pipes which now causes not only one sink to be stopped up bu the shower too. Asked him to return the next day to follow up, he declines. Asked for a refund, he declined. Pretty subpar plumber performance.

Joe has done meticulous work on both my Daytona condos. And being an out of State owner, that provides me with a great deal of comfort. He is reliable, trustworthy, personable, knowledgeable of most household maintenance, and very reasonably priced !
