I rarely write reviews, but I am hoping this review will save someone close to the thousands of dollars I lost with Cody. I hired Cody to do renovations on a home I own. He completed the work over the course of about a month. I spent over $7,000, including almost $5,000 of labor paid to him. After spending $7,000 the home is FAR from livable. Almost everything needs to be redone. His craftsmanship was terrible. The paint got everywhere and ruined the cabinets and floors. He painted over locks and outlets so they no longer work. After the floor repair work was completed there were was still a large hole in the floor. An honest person would have owned up to the poor work and either completed it the right way or not charged. He should not be trusted! If you do have to use him, get everything in writing beforehand and make absolute sure everything is completed and done right before you pay him any money.
