Our background comes directly form the Janitorial and cleaning industry, I worked for my Family business overseeing several commercial cleaning accounts in the greater Boston Area. After 10 Years in the janitorial industry,In 2002 I founded Magic Cleaning Services II, We continued delivering the highest quality cleaning and customer service as always. Then as the global necessity for more environmental friendly cleaning practices grew, we decided to invest in training, products and new, more efficient equipment, "It was all Green...". Unfortunately, due to the economy, many things changed and so did our clientele; businesses closing and companies downsizing just killed us, our business envelope was drastically reduced. The new approach to green cleaning did not have the impact we came to expect, we tried restlessly to continue our path, but finally, we were forced to leave the janitorial business and sought other opportunities. In 2005 I joined one of the largest Disaster restoration companies in the State, allowing me the opportunity to work and learn all aspects of the disaster restoration industry. This immersion in the restoration business, gave me the opportunity to expand my already extensive knowledge in cleaning ans restoration as well as building and construction after disasters. Now, with over 15 years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry, I founded CLEAN REMODEL, We specialize in all aspects of the construction industry as well as demolition and cleaning. Unlike other construction or cleaning companies, we are experienced licensed contractors and certified cleaning and restoration experts, we bring the best of both worlds! from the start, the affected areas of the property or the room to be remodeled gets completely isolated with zip walls or plastic sheeting barriers, to prevent the migration of dust to areas not being worked on; state of the art dust collectors are installed in the work area to keep dust levels and other contaminants from entering other areas; once the project is complete, our cleaning crew comes in and fine cleans not just the work area but the entire level where the work was performed. Our work is 100% guaranteed, we work diligently with every client to make sure every project is complete on budget and on the time table specified on the contract.

Every negative stereotype and previous experience I had had with contractors was shattered by the RealClean team. Beginning with the initial estimate, I was impressed with the amount of time, the careful attention to detail and the documentation of the job. They spent an hour and a half working out that assessment, whereas the other two contractors were here and gone within 10 minutes. I received a detailed prospectus that included precise details and costs. There was really no choice for me, as I was particularly impressed by Enrique's and Kevin's approach. They were able to start my remodel job in short order and their team wasted no time in beginning their painstaking and careful work. They worked with Servpro and with my insurance agent to make sure that the water damage and mold remediation we're done to exacting standards, including having to triple the scope of work, as they found more extensive damage inside the walls. They were responsive to my questions and issues. There were no gaps in the construction as one often finds with contractors. They were here every day, sometimes 12 hours, in order to finish the job within the contractual completion date. They cleaned the areas before they left for the night, which is important when you have to live and function in the house while construction was in progress.. Most importantly, the results were superb. There will be more work to be done in the future to update other areas of the house, and I will be sure to entrust that to them as well. I had work done on a condo last summer 2016. Right from the first day workers were on time and there every day and easy to get in touch with. I had a full bath remodeled and a half bath remodel. I also had rooms painted and walls and ceilings repaired . I had plumbing and electrical issues ( this one had been a dangerous situation in an older house ) and there was always someone to fix the issue after discussions The thing I appreciated the most was all the help throughout the process. This was being done for my son who was sick and not living there at the time. Someone came with me to Lowe's to help me pick the right size etc of tub,toilet , tiles, paint etc. I had a very positive experience and the place was clean and move in ready when my son was better.

Clean Remodel impressed me from the start. Two other contractors sized up the job in about 5-8 minutes. Clean Remodel spent over an hour measuring and discussing possible options. They seemed to be much more knowledgeable than the others, and their estimate was quite detailed and included computer diagrams of the spaces to be reconstructed after water damage and mold remediation had been done by ServePro. Their team worked with us and our insurance as the project expanded. Enrique Quiñonez, his brother and team did beautiful work, our bathroom is simply a work of art. Not the slightest imperfection got past them, and they left with the house clean. They completed by the contractual deadline and were always respectful, professional and helpful. I recommend them without reservation.

We had water damage to our condo and needed to replace the hardwood floors throughout the house, the kitchen and hallway ceilings, walls, cabinets, and areas of other rooms. We got estimates from several contractors, a few of which came highly recommended by friends, and had many conversations with the ones we were seriously considering. In the end, we chose to work with Clean Remodel and we are very happy with our decision to do so. Clean Remodel was willing to work around our tight schedule so that they could meet the insurance deadlines, which required them to work through the winter months (a time when some contractors refuse to schedule work), and hours that were considerate to our neighbors. Enrique (my primary point of contact) and Jose (the lead contractor on my project) were great. And their familiarity with the insurance process was of critical importance to our experience: during the repair work they found more damage than was initially covered, they documented the damage and contacted insurance to get approval for the increased scope of work so that we wouldn't have to deal with this (a huge help for us!). During the project we dropped by the condo regularly to see how the work is progressing. We were impressed with their attentiveness during the project, they cleaned up after their work in a timely manner, and continually checked up on the premise at nights and weekends to make sure everything was okay during the extreme cold of winter. They were accessible, easy to communicate with, and handled challenging situations with a positive attitude (for example, one of our condo-neighbors is unnecessarily difficult, they courteously worked around his strange requests without complaint). I particularly appreciated that rather than try to cover up challenges that become apparent in 100-year-old homes like mine, Jose reached out to me to talk through the situations and the options for resolving the matter. Even when I changed my mind about certain aspects of work, they were good about accommodating my requests. There was only one misunderstanding throughout the project that left us having to install our own cabinet pulls, but it could have been avoided if assumptions were made explicit in writing in advance (which is a good practice when working with any contractor). Even after the project was complete and fully paid, we noticed details that we did not catch during the final inspection that we wanted corrected. This is where the true values of the company were made apparent. I emailed Clean Remodel and even though the reply was not immediate (which was fine because the concerns I raised were not urgent), Enrique and Jose were courteous in responding to our requests and interested in correcting the situation. They have ordered a few replacement panels that are to arrive soon, and will come back to replace, repair, and repaint the few items that need correcting. I am happy with our decision to work with Clean Remodel and highly recommend them: the employees at this company are personable, reasonable, courteous, and honest, and the quality of their work is very good.
