We purchased a property this contractor remodeled. Our balcony had dropped about 4 inches. We just had a contractor come out and take down the trim do we could see what was going on. The whole deck are had no joist supports anywhere. The beam across the 18’ deck was pieced together. Yes pieced together. No single LVL beam nothing. He put felt paper as the moisture barrier for the deck. So of course all is rotted away. This is in less than 5 years time. The contractor lied to my face. He said he had used a silicone sealer on the deck. He will not reply to my calls or emails. So I assume he does not want to make things right. So be aware...be very aware.

We has a wonderful experience with this company. They closed in our porch and made a guest room. From start to finish the owner was professional and did exactly what he said he was going to do. They were always on time and there were no hidden cost everything was laid out from the start. I would highly recommend this company!
