In 1921 a man named Rudolph Jacob transported a wooden sheet metal break from Iowa to DeLand, Florida, and began doing business installing metal roofs, copper building facades, gutter work, and warm air heating ductwork. It was the beginning of Jacob Sheet Metal Works, which still serves West Volusia County to this day. Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning takes old-fashioned pride in going about the daily business of repairing and replacing the heating and cooling systems in West Volusia County. Our firm was voted "Best of the West" by our loyal customers in the News-Journal the past 12 years. We believe our customers will find the quality reputation we have earned is well founded.
