Mr Lee E sorry for your experience, we strive to make your installation perfect, there are unforeseen structural problems with your job, that's is why you had extra charges, and that was brought to your attention before any work was performed.

'Had new vinyl flooring installed throughout the whole house. They promise you the WORLD when making the estimate. Then take back 3/4th of it with add on charges. They try to make up for all the so-called discounts (ie 10% veteran discount) with add-ons. Overall they did okay with the installation, but be prepared for a lot of saw dust, as they cut their wood (1/4 round or what ever steps need to be replaced) right in you house.
