He has over 15 years experience in the HVAC industry and is a Certified Solar Installer. Ryan spends most of his time managing the team, as well as estimating and managing the larger projects including new construction, remodels, commercial accounts, and radiant, geothermal and solar installations. The best part of the job for Ryan has to be the relationships he has formed over the years with staff, suppliers, customers, and other contractors. Ryan also enjoys working towards being more 'Green'. He strives to encourage the use of renewable energy systems to save energy and money, and to benefit the environment. John Schwartz John is our Lead Service Technician, and has been with us since 2011. John has over 12 years experience in the HVAC industry, and has his degree in Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration. He is also NATE Certified. John is able to diagnose and repair all makes and models of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. He provides customers with a fair and honest assessment of their system and offers options based on the condition and lifespan of their equipment. If you ask John what he enjoys most about his job, he would probably say rooftops, attics, and crawlspaces (especially those with raccoons in residence). John is an avid outdoorsman, and in his free time enjoys fishing and hunting with his 2 yellow labs. Ramiro Chavez Ramiro is our newest Service Technician/Installer, and has been with us since April 2013. Ramiro has 10 years experience in the industry and a degree in HVAC-R. Ramiro is able to service and install commercial and residential Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration systems. He provides customers with reliable service at a fair price to solve their heating and cooling problems. Ramiro enjoys new construction projects, installing new ventilation, furnace and a/c systems. The best part of the job, according to Ramiro, is meeting new people and he looks forward to working with Renewable Energy projects, including geothermal and solar. Cody Jacobs Cody is our Service Technician/Installer, and has been with us since 2009. Cody is currently working towards his degree in HVAC, while also working full-time and gaining on the job experience with us. Cody assists in diagnosing and repairing as well as installing new HVAC systems. He has also assisted in our various green technology projects, including geothermal systems and solar installations. If you ask Cody what he enjoys most about his job, he would say keeping the work trucks clean and organized as well as all the tasks that naturally fall to the youngest and most limber member of the team. Cody spends much of his free time working on his truck and other automotive projects. Kathy Keck Kathy is our Office Assistant and Dispatch Coordinator, and has been with us since 2012. Hers is the friendly and helpful voice you will hear if you call our office. Kathy has a background in IT, which has come in very handy. Kathy is able to coordinate schedules, organize projects, and invoice customers. She juggles the responsibility of keeping customers, technicians, and Ryan happy. Kathy enjoys working with people and meeting new customers that call in. In her free time, Kathy enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, as well as her husband, corgi and cats. Ann Vandenlangenberg Ann is our office bookkeeper, and has been working with us since 2009. She also works for Osborn Distributing and Hazel Ridge Farms, with which we share offices. Ann does much of the accounting as well as assists in various office projects. Ann enjoys being involved in our 'Green Technology Projects' and she is the office gardening expert. She has also been trying for years to fatten up Ryan with her delicious baked treats, but it hasn't quite worked yet. No one in the office minds her efforts.
