If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly discourage anyone from using RQ Building Products for numerous reasons. They botched a major installation of windows in my home. They improperly installed and failed to document photos as required by the city on my front set of 5 bay windows and also on my custom kitchen pop out windows. They failed inspection and were required to redo these windows. They improperly removed the windows they themselves installed, and in doing so they cracked my kitchen granite which they are refusing to replace (after they promised they would and even sent a granite company to my house to measure my kitchen and quote the job). They did not keep their word and wasted my time that I too off of work to be available for them. My front impact door was not properly installed and could not be used for 6 weeks. It had to be cut off the hinges and the new door needed to be replaced with a new door due to their error. The trim for the new door was not placed until approximately 1 year after the initial job date. My 2 sliding glass doors were not properly installed and needed adjustments so that they open and closed properly. Also the required clips for my sliding glass doors were not placed with initial installation and needed to be added later, which they did 1 year after the initial job. I spent close to $30, 000 on my windows and doors with RQ. The supervisor of the team was off site for most of the job. They did not do the job correctly, it took about 1 year and the BBB getting involved for them to respond to me and finish their work, and they left my home with an additional $3,000 worth of damage. The owner of the company was unavailable, threatening and rude. Needless to say, I have no good words to say about them and not only would I not recommend this company, but I would very much discourage anyone from even considering doing business with them.
