I was given a quote, asked for money upfront once he had the deposit, was told he was taken other jobs before the one I gave the deposit for doing. He never did end up doing it and then kept money saying he worked when other could not see what he really did do for keeping any money. Lesson. DO not pay upfront and never use Precision Painters.
