Thank you for coming by on your day off, to fix the few missed items that were not completed per the original scope. Only thing I would encourage you to do is have a checklist/contract that you implement at all times "and" pass that on to your staff to prevent misunderstandings on expectations. I would also encourage you to advise your staff of a little more effort on good customer service particularly when a client is not happy with the outcome. Your supervisor "Jasmine" or "Janice" (sorry I don't quite remember her name as I was doing my best to stay away from her) can be a little tactless when it comes to dealing with customer complaints. To be rude to a home owner that is upset and refuse to leave the home when asked to do so is beyond my comprehension and is inviting trouble not just for her but for your company as well. Please realize that not many would have been as tolerant as I was with her attitude, so please have a word with her so as not to loose customers. When a customer is upset, an attitude is the last thing they want to be faced with and I tried to advise her that I wanted to speak with the owner as I saw we were not getting anywhere, but she was adamant on getting the last word in, please realize that this will hurt, not help your business. Overall, I take part of the blame for the confusions in service that came about from your service in that despite repeating instructions twice, first on Thursday evening and then again on Friday morning, I should have insisted on a checklist/contract so that there were no misunderstandings on expectations. I now know for next time and I hope you will implement that for all future services. I believe in second chances so despite all the few issues, I will be using Single Moms Cleaning Service again. I hired this cleaning crew for a one-time deep clean. After they were done cleaning it felt like a new home my house haven't felt this clean since I first moved in( and I tend keep my house pretty clean). I was very impressed and the ladies were really kind and worked very fast and efficient. The price they gave me was reasonable and affordable.If you want to hire a good cleaning company with a good price I would highly recommend Single Moms .

I found out the owner Eva has has different groups of women and the cool thing is is they are all single moms so she's helping out the community and a very neglected part of our community single mothers who are well-trained by Eva. And by talking to the crew Eva invests her own free time helping with the children of these single moms at no charge and often counsels these women /workers to be a productive part of society by learning a profession and to be better moms and I just can't say enough about single moms cleaning services .
