Golden Custom Home | Nov 2014 | The backdrop of the beautiful Colorado foothills provided the inspiration for this rustic transitional custom home. The homeowners hoped to build a home that reflected their style, as well as highlighted their diverse artwork collection. With a clear sense of their design needs, my clients hoped to complement the homes surrounding scenery by using rich neutral colors and natural materials. | Golden, CO
Pinery Country Club Whole House Remodel | Oct 2014 | After living over seas for 20 years, the homeowners moved back to the states to live in a home they purchased before they left, which was now destroyed by renters. This whole house remodel consisted of re-configuring the floor plan, a complete renovation of the kitchen, three bathrooms, and the addition of new windows, doors, floors, paint and trim. | Parker, CO
Scottsdale Kitchen Remodel | Aug 2014 | Refinished existing cabinets, replaced tile countertops with quartz slabs, stack stone backsplash, and new cabinet hardware with stainless steel appliances. | Scottsdale, AZ
Denver Bungalow | Aug 2014 | Redesigned and remodeled the bathroom and kitchen, with a goal of keeping consistent with the charm and character of this 1912 bungalow. We repositioned the tub to allow for a more functional footprint in the bathroom, and removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room to open up the space as well as exposed the covered brick wall to the rest of the house. | Denver, CO
Carefree, AZ Bathroom | Jun 2014 | When my parents purchased a home in Arizona, the hall powder room became an insufficient use of space for the many out of town visitors frequenting the house. Our goal was to turn the half bath, which was adjacent to a guest bedroom, into a 3/4 bath, by removing a privacy wall, repositioning the toilet and sink, and adding a corner shower to accommodate guests. We incorporated the Santa Fe style and colors into the decor by installing slate floors, a slate stack stone shower surround, and a travertine countertop with a glass sink. | Carefree, AZ
