This project highlights three transformed spaces: the clients' master bathroom, master bedroom closet, and nursery closet. The existing conditions were tricky: a very tiny bathroom with limiting factors everywhere, two closets with limited access and no integrated storage, and load bearing walls closing off the aforementioned closets. These wonderful clients came to us with hopes for heightened organization in their home as well as a more functional and beautiful master bathroom. The bathroom included a clawfoot tub, old wood floor and wainscoting, and a varied depth vanity system that was awkward and complicated. We switched out the clawfoot tub for an extra deep three wall alcove soaker and contemporary shower door. The shower is adorned with timeless subway tile in a herringbone pattern. The shower includes new Kohler valve trim and a unique mosaic accent. We also replaced the flooring with gorgeous wood-look porcelain tile, installed a new dual-flush toilet, and evened out the bathroom walls to accommodate one longer, continuous vanity. The wall behind the toilet showcases gorgeous glass mosaic tile, and the vanity is highlighted by vintage inspired wall sconces and wall-mounted pivot mirrors. In the master bedroom and nursery, we eliminated the large load-bearing walls blocking off the closets. A new beam was installed to support the roof load and a unique cabinet design was implemented to accommodate the ceiling angle. The clients now have drawer storage, cubbies, hanging bars, and secondary shelving.

For our clients, their two young boys, and dog otto, the existing kitchen wasn't quite right. Situated at the heart of the home, they wanted to open this space up so they whole family could interact. The existing cherry cabinets were in great condition but reworking them wasn't an option and the color didn't work with the newly refinished floors. So we decided to carefully remove them and sold to be re-used. New cabinets allowed for the flexibity needed to create a truly functional, bright, and beautiful kitchen!

This project works to create a highly functional space that also aligns with our clients' sophisticated style. When we first met our lovely clients, they shared many concerns about their existing kitchen and powder room spaces. The limited height of the kitchen cabinets, paired with lack of light and non-optimal storage left much to be desired. We were faced with the challenge of brightening the space, increasing storage for a growing family, and tying in an aesthetic that was both clean and sophisticated as well as modern with a hint of industrial inspiration. The bigger challenge? A two week timeline and $35,000 total budget for both a powder room and kitchen overhaul. With months of diligent planning, we have transformed both spaces into clean and inspired reflections of our wonderful clients and are so happy with the gorgeous result!

Say hello to the new and very much improved Littleton kitchen remodel! We are breathing a big sigh of joy, after bit of a scramble to get the back splash on site following hiccups in the frieght scheduling. It's true, even the smallest details are worth special attention! WIth just the right amount of movement and style from the glass mosaic wave backsplash and a bit of sparkle in the quartz counters, this kitchen is far from boring monochromatic!

This is a fun and vibrant project located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. We've designed a unique and sculptural fireplace to accent the clients' already eclectic and developed aesthetic. Our clients love art, and we figured we could create a fireplace that was art itself--a true architectural focal point in the room. Additionally, we've painted the wall behind the fireplace deep red, added accent lighting to highlight the floating nature of the fireplace's white form, changed decor elements to pop colors and shapes in the room, and even created a custom mixed media art piece for above the fireplace. Our clients now have a cozy and beautiful space that truly matches their personalities.

Our client for this project is a young, design-appreciating mom who wants a functional space that also addresses her love for good design. With a heavy Mid-Century Modern influence, we've developed a design that provides warmth, texture, and an entirely new orientation for her modern lifestyle.
