Honest review of douchebag scammer STERLING BRIAN PALMER aka colorcoloradopaintingco.com This guy STERLING BRIAN PALMER aka colorcoloradopaintingco.com is a SCAMMER. He responded to a yelp request for painters, gave me a bid and scheduled for 8.29.18. He wanted 1/2 down ($675) by Zelle so ! sent that to him. He called that morning to say he was picking up the paint then called back saying the crew's truck broke down. We rescheduled for 9.2.18-9.3.18. ! texted him the night before for a start time. No response. Texted again the next day. No response. ! texted him that evening asking for a refund. No response. ! sent him a Zelle request for refund. No response. ! have called my bank to start a fraud investigation as well as filed a police report. DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY MONEY. HE HAS NO INTENTION OF DOING ANYTHING BEYOND ROBBING YOU. The detective called STERLING BRIAN PALMER aka colorcoloradopaintingco.com and that generated a text message saying a refund takes 7-14 business days to process. (BULLSHIT) ! Asked him how he sent it and why he didn't just accept my Zelle request for a refund. He then replied that ! Was harassing him and mentioned the “officer” in quotes. The officer called me on the 20th to see if anything had happened. ! Told him this and he replied that it sounded like a load of crap to him. It has been 14 business days (22 days) since ! Told this douchebag STERLING BRIAN PALMER aka colorcoloradopaintingco.com to refund my stolen money. No communication from him and, of course, no refund. Just sent him a Zelle request (again) for my refund. Time to file a SCAM report on BBB and call the detective back.
