I cannot say enough good about Revive Denver. I have hired Kody & his team to build a custom wall length closet from scratch, install a bathroom vanity set, hang shelves throughout my apartment, install a wall mounted microwave, and cut, frame, & hang two 4 ft by 4 ft mirrors I got for free via Craigslist. Kody also designed and built a customized work area in my apartment based solely on a generalized description of what I told him I thought I wanted. He also designed a layout for a walk-in-closet that provides me with adequate shelving and storage conducive to the space provided. In my humble opinion, Kody and his team are above the rest in comparison to other independent, small remodeling businesses. They are professional, attentive, respectful, clean cut, thorough, passionate about the work that they do, and always fair about pricing. I would recommend Revive Denver to anyone, including my 91 year old grandma, without reservation.

Kody at Revive Denver always comes through with quality work at a reasonable rate. He is there when he says he'll be and works hard to make sure the project is done to my satisfaction. He stands by his work. I use him for almost everything I need around the house.

Arvada Basement Bar | Aug 2015 | This was a completed untouched, unfinished basement. First, we worked with the homeowner to assess their wants. From there, we created a blue print for the homeowner to ensure we were all on the same page. The layout included 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, and a wet bar. We guided the homeowner through our blueprint, making tweaks as deemed appropriate. Once in agreement, we began framing & sheet rocking using a knock down texture. We installed recessed lighting throughout the basement. We installed pre-hung doors, base trim, and door casings all of which were stained and varnished using a walnut color. In the 2 bedrooms, we installed closet shelving. In the bathroom, we installed the bathtub, a vanity complete with a granite countertop, all necessary bathroom plumbing in addition to tiling the floor. In the living area, we designed and built a custom entertainment center using rough edge slate stones. Within the entertainment center, we created 2 inset shelves, one shelf at the top and one shelf in the middle. Last, we created a bar area in the living room. We installed cabinetry, plumbing necessary for a wet bar, and designed, built a custom bar using rough edge slate stones (to match the entertainment center) complete with a granite countertop. After completion of the bar area, we subcontracted with a carpenter who laid carpet in the living room and both bedrooms. | $37k | Arvada, CO

Arvada Kitchen, Living room, and Bathroom Flooring | Jul 2015 | We began in the kitchen, where we took out the hardwood flooring. It had been damaged by water. In it's place, we installed gauge slate tile throughout the kitchen. Next, we tore out the living room carpet and replaced it with pre-finished hardwood flooring. Then, we headed down the hall to the bathroom where we demo-ed the bathroom tile that appeared to be stuck in the '80s. While in there, we also installed a tile vanity countertop with a complementary backsplash. | $12k | Arvada, CO
