STAY CLEAR OF THIS RIP OFF!! runs a cash only business with no documentation of contracts or receipts. Caused $8,400 of damage to the Comcast fiber because he did not call the 811 dig number or pull a permit. just to install a fence. and now is threatening a lien because I will not pay the balance. Saul Miranda is a thief.
