Weed Man - Lake Norman, NC

Had there service for over 2 years. Yard looked OK. Constant upsells start almost immediately. Got a call from Jason who is the manager. He was not allowed to give his last name because of security reasons. I had been customer for 2 years. For some reason they stopped coming in December unbeknownst to me. As the neighborhood was getting there yards ready for Spring. He stated he did not know what the problem was but a computer glitch. Not apologetic, not saying you have invested 2 thousand dollars in this yard in 2 years and I can see why you would be upset. Instead wanted to see if I would like to do seeding and aerating for the fall which is around 700 dollars. They will tell you again and again that you have to be consistent and patient with the yard. Now yard is full of weeds. A true manager would have realized the mistake of no lawn treatment for 5 months and offered free application. This is second problem I have had with Jason whose arrogance and attitude are hurting this company and is the sole reason that I will not be using them ever again. Josh who is the other manager called and I informed him of the reasons above. He was going to find out what happened and get back with me which he has not.
