Bloomin’ Blinds of Charlotte

Love, love LOVE my new shutters! This company lives up to their word! When I was placing my order Jeff, the owner, informed me that if anything happens and the shutters or shutter on one window is wrong they will not collect the amount owed. Well low and behold the big day came and one shutter would not work due to the builder not centering the faucet in the kitchen sink. So I opted for a blind on that window. Couple of weeks later the blind came in and Tim came to install it. It was perfect but the wand to open and close it was way to short. No problem I was told, we will order a longer wand. Now I expected them to deposit my check for the balance right? After all it’s just a wand! I knew they were good for it! I was wrong! Jeff emailed me to let me know he was holding that money until that wand came in and I was totally satisfied with the product! How refreshing to do business in this day and age with a company that actually lives up to their word and to boot it is Veteran owned! I will be referring people to this company! I thank you Jeff and Tim for your work ethic and such a wonderful job!
