I recently was referred to Arrow Plumbing & Mechanical and Tim was fantastic! I was immediately impressed when he arrived to my home and left his shoes outside, so he wouldn't track in any dirt! (I really appreciated that!) He's respectful, hard-working, nice, trustworthy and completed my plumbing issue quickly and with ease. I told him I would call him again because I was so happy with the job he did on my tub - and then a week later, my garbage disposal stopped working at 8:00 o'clock at night - leaving me with dirty dishes and a sink-full of standing water!! I was travelling the next day, so it was a bit concerning! I called Tim and he was great. He actually walked my husband through with directions over the phone, so we didn't get charged with a visit!! Who does that?! The problem was fixed! Another thing that I liked about Tim was that he doesn't just fix the problem and leave. He teaches you about how to fix the problems, suggests why the problems occurred in the first place, and lets you know how to prevent future problems. I highly recommend working with him - you won't be disappointed! Thanks again, Tim, for helping me be a better first-time homeowner!
