Mike's General Contracting is founded on the basis of quality work and strong ethics. We don't need any gimmicks or catchy phrases to be remembered. We focus on doing a customized job for each and every customer the way they want it done. Most of our customers are lifetime customers. From new construction to remodeling. Foundation repairs, tile work, flooring, painting, carpentry work, refinishing cabinets, roofing, and more. Customized doors, baby gates, to ponds and rock gardens. Attention to details is my personal best trait and what sets my work apart.

Mike's crew put on a new roof and some new windows for me last summer. They worked quickly and did a very good job. My new roof looks great!

I hired Mike to replace the windows in my home October 2015. The inside of the home had been recently remodeled and the inside was not to be damaged. The problems began when he ordered plain glass windows instead of the grid windows. Mike blamed the company, the company said Mike had placed the order wrong. The company reordered the windows at their expense. When Mike began the installation he removed the entire window casing inside and out! He had ordered windows for a new home instead of replacement windows. As he progressed around the home it was discovered that he had also got measurements incorrect and had to reorder more windows at his expense. When Mike was confronted about repairing the finish trim on the inside of the house he refused. We voided his contract and he was asked to pay the damages to my home. He refused stating he hadn't done any damage. This contractor doesn't take responsibility for his mistakes. DO NOT HIRE HIM!

  | Kansas Star Casino | Oct 2013 | Removed and replaced sidings and installed new.Prior to the opening day of the casino,the new sidinds which were just installed were falling off the building from mulitiple stories up,potententially causing serious harm to people below.The casino decided to replace all the sidings agian.Upon installing new sidings we found that the screws that were used to hold the sidinds to the building were too short to hit the metal studs due to the foam insulation boards thickness.Which were like 4in thick.Special screws were ordered to get the job completed.Needless to say we were 8 stories up on the side of the hotel swinging with the wind installing sidings on Opening Day! | $100k | Mulvane, KS |
