USB Movers is the company I chose out of the half a dozen companies that were calling and emailing me when I had initially inquired about a moving company. I am very pleased with the service that I got and the guys were very professional and assisted me with the packing and the unpacking of my all my stuff. I ended up paying $525 for a 4-hour move. I will recommend this company to family and friends.

Stephanie it was really nice working with you I wish I could say the same for the service. I feel from the conversation that I had with you setting up this appointment that everything was clear but when the movers got to my house it seemed to be a problem. Now I understand regarding the packing supplies I should have read a little better with that concern but I have am baffled why I was charged a fuel charge?? Per the contract that the gentleman that I have been speaking to likes to reference only mentioning the 10% fuel charge in regards to heavy items not that it is a basic charge. I have tried speaking with the gentleman expressing that but he keeps saying he has to eat and that I’m cheap but not at my detriment because I have to eat too and when you are told a charge that is what you are prepared to pay. Again I understand about the packing materials and everything but this was a bit much. I have spoken with 2 additional companies and these charges are not standard with an hourly based move which I was told how your company works. Again this may fall of deaf ears but I wanted to let you know that this is no way to treat clients without getting complaints.
