Actually Clean

Our sump pump failed and we had inches of water in our basement. The team was quick to come out but sent a couple young kids out who just cleaned the carpets instead of actually inspecting the situation. Later a gentleman brought fans out to help dry things out. Came backs few days later and things weren’t drying. A few days later he brought someone from their Cedar Rapids office and they said our carpet wasn’t drying because of the protective pad underneath it. They should’ve never cleaned it and set up fans. It should’ve been ripped out right away. Instead of taking ownership for their mistake they just took our money and ignored our attempts to resolve the situation. We are small business owners and when we make mistakes, we don’t blow our customers off. We take ownership and make it right, even if it costs us. It was a terrible experience and they are completely unprofessional. Steer clear!
