Leak was showing in basement 2 floors below. We traced leak to original construction holes that were not caulked from siding installers. Stabilizer arms for Pump jacks nailed into roof so scaffold can be operated - never repaired properly. Slow leak over the years -tracked down rafter to top plate of exterior wall and down conduit. We replaced moldy plywood and remediated insulation. Ice & water was installed, new insulation, Ice & water and matching shingles. Problem solved! AdvantEdge - homeowner.

Re-secure brackets over new plywood sheathing and 16# copper gutter flashing. Install new skylight and GAF Slateline - English Gray Slate. by leaving custom copper gutters in place - Saved customer $4,000.00

Responded to a fallen masonry chimney. Temped in during rain. Customer awarded us the entire roof. We did everything to this house . The house had poor insulation and plywood was delaminated as a result. We replaced a lot of plywood, increased intake ventilation under eaves, installed External baffle Ridge vent(only one we believe in), Added blown in insulation, re-built brick chimney, and tuckpointed other, and added steel chimney caps.

Tear -off and re-shingle with Owens Corning Duration; color: Terra Cotta. New Gutters with large downspouts. Torch down low slope area with light Cedar granulated modified bitumen which picked up the blended color of shingles. The lighter color resists heat saving on energy also.
