Fence Contractor - Desert Hot Springs, CA
Metal fencing is ideal for straight lines but can be difficult to adapt to curvilinear conditions. Generally, radius panels must be custom ordered before manufacture to meet a particular curve design. We manufacture curved tubular steel 2 rail fence blanks. We provide pre-finished panels with curve configurations offering 22 1/2 (1/16 circle arc panel), 30 (1/12 circle arc panel), and 45 (1/8 circle arc panel), standardizing the ordering process. Component panels can be connected to form any inside or outside (serpentine) radius configuration. Panel spans are powder coated, and are curved-formed utilizing a patented process. Our panels use A36 Carbon Steel in their fabrication and come in a variety of tubular strengths. The powder coating finish proves highly effective at sealing metal against corrosion and rust. It is a dust that is electrostatically applied to metal, then cured under heat to create a skin that is tougher than conventional paint. The primary innovation that has caused tubular metal fencing to grow in popularity is powder coating. Former coatings did not last. With the widespread use of powder coating, tubular steel has become affordable, visually diverse and widely available. FAQs: WHY DOES CUSTOM ORNAMENTAL METALWORK COST SO MUCH? With the exception of specialty metals such as stainless or bronze, the single greatest cost of competitor products is labor. Curved fencing is generally manufactured in custom shops that are labor intensive. We provide cost cutting methods that dramatically lowers and negates lead-time restrictions for radius steel fence panels. HOW DO WE MEASURE FOR CURVED FENCE PANELS? We no longer need to physically travel to a job site and template your curving fence design. We provide common radius panel sizes that are easily customized. WHAT IS THE NORMAL LEAD-TIME FOR PRODUCT AVAILABILITY? All radius panels are in stock and ready for immediate delivery.
